All quotation estimates provided through the website are formal pro-forma estimates valid for 30 days unless raw hide commodities fluctuate significantly. Sample kit fees are credited toward confirmed purchase orders.
3. Proprietary Tooling & Intellectual Property
Custom branding stamps, laser debossing dies, and 3D hardware molds paid for by clients remain the exclusive intellectual property of the respective brand. UT Leather guarantees zero unauthorized secondary production.
